Is London College Of Fashion a College or a University?

I am about to finish my time at secondary school/high school, and i havent decided on a college or a 6th form. Im intrested in fashion %26amp; arts and im intrested in this school called " London College Of Fashion", and i am not sure if its a college or a university. I know it sounds dumb, but i just some universities have the word "College" in it and its really confusing. So i was just wondering, Is London College Of Fashion a College or a University?, and if its not, is there any Art or Fashion colleges or sixth form in London?

Thanks.

Its classed as a college but better to go with a-levels because people dont 'Generally' go straight after school.
Reply:The London College of Fashion is a constituent college of the University of the Arts - a group of colleges in London specialising in subjects such as art, design, fashion and printing. Some of its courses require A-levels but others don't and there are some courses specifically aimed at 16-18 year olds. Consult its website via this link for further information. Pls note that, if you intend to apply for this year, you need to contact the College quickly.
Reply:Whats the difference of a "college" and "university"???
