Disappointing college years?

I'll be a college junior this fall, and I hate to say it, but I don't think college is all it's cracked up to be. I've stayed in touch with basically all of my good friends from HS, and we are still good friends. However, no matter how hard I try to make good friends at college, I'm left unfullfilled and unhappy. Everyone else seems to have made awesome friends at college, and I feel like I just have a bunch of aquantinces. My very good friend from college is transferring next year due to financial reasons. Other than that, I feel I have maybe 1 or 2 good friends at college. I've joined lots of clubs and even a sorority, but still I don't feel happy with my friends. It's too late to transfer, and I don't even really want to transfer, because I do like the school itself. I just don't understand why I can't make good friends at college. I also never felt pressure to be popular in HS, but at college I feel "uncool" and "unpopular"....at a school of 40,000 people! What's wrong with me?

Disappointing college years?
Don't worry about it. I am the same way. I guess you can say I was somewhat popular in high school but now that I am in college I don't have many friends. I personally keep telling myself that things will get better after college. Don't sweat it your not the only one.
Reply:It is easier to make friends when one is younger. It takes more time to do so when u mature. Please be patient.
Reply:If you want someone to read your question, you should summarise what you want to say!! So, just write it again!!

Good luck!!
