College ????
Short answer: it really doesn't matter....

Long Answer:

Your little brother will have a LOT of schooling to do in front of him.

First, he needs to get GOOD grades in High school.

Second, he can go to pretty much any college/university for undergraduate studies, as long as he majors in Biology. He needs to keep up his grades here too. If it can, he should get to know professors, and possibly work under someone and preform undergraduate research.

Third, He needs to apply to graduate school and earn a Ph.d. There is NO "best" school for this, because your brother will want to go to the school that is researching the same thing he is interested in.

For example: If your brother wants to be a geneticist, but wants to specifically work on Plant genetics, more specially with a Pea plant... He will want to go to the Graduate school that has research on THAT particular subject.... Not the "best" school for genetics.

If you have any other question, let me know.

Hope this helps you (and your little brother) out.
