so i start school August 20th, im so excited!! i cant wait to start taking pictures of everything! im taking photography!!





i applied, i registered for my class and now all i have to do is pay the fees! im on my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's excellent news. Going to college opens many, many doors that otherwise, you wouldn't get if you did not have a college education. Make sure to apply for scholarships (every bit counts) and see if you qualify for any financial aid! I'm a college student too, you'll love it. So much better than high school! Work hard and stay focused and great things will come. It's worth the effort and the money! Good luck to you in all you do!

Reply:Don't forget that most schools have acutal need for photography and you can make money doing it. Photographers for the annual and newspapers are sometimes paid. It's also a great way to network within the school. I came out of college with more money than I went in doing photography for college publications and then students themselves when they had photo needs.
