Well, university is college - but at state level. Yes, you can go to a university right after college. However, depending on where you live and by what is available you may want to consider community college for your lower division courses. Graduate from there and transfer your credits to a Uniiversity. University tuition is generally more expensive than community college. At least that is how it is here.
