I have the decision to go to a college i'm not really into for a cheap price and possibly commute ( which i don't really want to do) or go to a college I really want to go to, which is more expensive, and I get to live there. I'm not quite sure what to do. Please help!
College...?
you should go to a college that you can live at. the experiences you will gain outside the classroom will be just as valuable as the lessons you learn in class. you will get to see who you truly are as a person for the first time ever and make some great friends for life. trust me.
Reply:definitely go to the more expensive one...
you need to be happy, not frugal
happiness has no price
follow your heart and you will never turn back with regret!!! :D
Reply:You get what you pay for.
%26amp; most kids have loans to pay back anyway.
In my humble opinion, you should never short change your education.
Go with the more expensive school.
Reply:If money is an issue - go to the cheap college for the first 2 years and switch to the more expensive school for years 3 and 4.
Reply:I seems the whole thing boils down to cost. I understand one of the best investments one can make is on their own education. Investments usually work on the principal the more you invest the more you get back.
Reply:Well, think about your future. Is the one you get to go for a cheap (let's call it choice A) price going to help you more than the college that you like (Choice B)? If Choice B was more famous and recognized college than Choice A, wouldn't it be better to think for your future? If they are both equally good, then I should say Choice B. Even though it is expensive, you can get student loans and pay it back later. Let your last years of education be fun! Don't let money control your life.
Reply:Just as Stan W suggested, go to the cheaper one first for 2 years and then transfer to the more expensive one later.
