do you have a better chance of getting in a really good college if you arent white


i am 100% asian and my mom said that i have a better chance at some but not all


like uci i wouldnt have a good chance cuz eveybody there is asian


i am halg chinese and half jap if that helps any?

Well, it helps a little in some cases - say, if you were a Native American - but frankly, I don't think being Asian is all that much of a help. Asian students aren't really underrepresented at any of the schools I've been to.
Reply:If someone had the EXACT same stats as you, but they were completely white, and the college could only take one of you, they would take you. That's like the only difference it makes.

if you look at the overall status of good colleges elite schools in the country very little percentage of asian people


what you are looking at is a dominated one rcae school


but you dont want to attend somewhere that is just asian it is better to attend a diverse school
