College...?

Seeing as college is begiNning soon, and I need a little help, I thought I'd ask... What are real necessities in dorm rooms? especially for guys dorm rooms...

SHOWER SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... Bedding, a mini fridge, tv, radio, computer, set of pots and pans incase you want to cook in the community space, pictures of family and friends and posters to hang up, you might be able to squeeze a comfy chair in, a book light, desk lamp, alarm clock, clothes hamper, hand shower cady, toiletries, clothes, school materials.....MAKE SURE you get SHOWER SHOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:although im a girl, i find the gaming system a definite necessity. and a radio. a microwave and a fridge. of course personal necessities like toothbrush, sheets and etc. the rest u can get by on.

Reply:A necessity would definitely be a computer, sheet for the beds, pillows, towels, television, clothes hangers, laundry baskets/bags, kitchen wares ( pretty much everything if you don't have a meal plan at school), nightstand, alarm clock, lamps, pretty much everything you would need in a normal room....the school doesn't provide ANYTHING except beds, a desk, and chairs.
