In your opinion, which major college is the best college to go to?

Awesome liberal arts schools: UChicago, Duke, Stanford, NYU, any of the Ivies (Princeton, Yale, Harvard, Columbia, Dartmouth, Cornell, UPenn, Brown) and public schools like UCLA, UNC-CH, UTexas, UVirginia





Awesome science/engineering schools: MIT, Caltech, UChicago, Duke, Stanford, UC Berkeley





Foreign: Oxford, Cambridge





These are just ones I know personally, there are definitely many, many others.





Of course, your major plays a big role as well as your preferences for geographic location (where in the US as well as rural, suburban, urban) and you shouldn't apply to a school just b/c of its name as music theory major at Oberlin is a lot more prestigious than a music theory major at Harvard.

Where you live also plays a factor, but not so much.


Your grades, what schools could you get into with them.


Mainly it's up to you. I would do some research on some schools you're interested in and going to visit them.
