College???

ok so i got an acceptence letter yesterday to a college in south cal were my sister goes. but my thing is i really dont want to go there i haven't got my other letters back and i really want to go to New York. but we will see i know i havent got to my question yet but here it is i really dont want to go to sac state because....well because i guess you can call her a 60 year old bully. i have grown up with this person for my entire short life and she was the one that always told me that....well thats not important the thing is she said i couldnt get into any other college besides sac state because i wasnt smart enough which i know is bull and she is just trying to hurt me but i still cant help to not want to prove her right. my mom thinks i am just living my life by what someone else thinks and the werid thing is she is the only one who does this to me ahhh am i crazy or jsut over reactting???

If you can get in to the college in NY and can afford to go there, then go. Follow your heart.
Reply:Prove her wrong, she's probably jealous and doesnt want to see you do beter than her. You dont necessarily have to go all the way to New York to prove her wrong, if you are in California there are plenty of good schools here. Apply to all college that you can and chose the ones where you feel you can excel the most.

my mom wants me to go to the same gollege that my step-sister went to,but i have better plans...i have plans to go to a out of state college that ways i have better options on where i want to work...
