Ok, When I first started college I attended college A. I reveived 57 credits and transferred to college B because it was a better school. I did bad in college B and failed 2 classes because I did not withdraw from them in time. Now I want to go to college C. Can I show college C my transcript only from college A where I did good and make beleive I never attended college B?

No, you can't. You have to give them transcripts of every college you've attended. What you can do is include an optional essay explaining your grades at college B and what you've done since then to ensure that you won't repeat your bad performance.
